You are invited to attend a Warrior Weekend class at Sabor Vegan Academy, Palma, Mallorca with professional chef, Adrian G. Smith and Diana Pinkett. The class, on Saturday February 28 from 10am – 4pm, cost 35 euros online and includes all ingredients. The class promises to teach easy gourmet and vegan cooking using accessible ingredients. Attendees will learn how to make dishes including:
Beetroot Falafel with Horseradish Cream, Micro Mizuna & Dill
Truffled Parsnip Puree on a Rösti Potato with English Parsley
Broadbean & Mint Hummus, Carrot, Rocket & Coriander Vinaigrette on Rye
Participants will enjoy all creations during the session.
The vegan cooking class is approximately 6 hours in length.

These classes are designed for participants of all cooking levels.

First ever vegan pastry making workshop in London, 21 September 2011
You are invited to attend a Vegan Peasant cooking class at Good Food Training for London, Greenwich CDA, with professional chef, Adrian G. Smith and Diana Pinkett. The class, on Wednesday September 21 from 6:30pm – 9pm, cost £55 his includes all ingredients. The deadline to sign up for the class is Monday September 19th: email email@example.com with any questions.
The class promises to teach easy gourmet and vegan cooking. Attendees will learn how to make dishes including mushroom and ale pie and sundried tomato broccoli quiche, all of which will be enjoyed by participants during the session. Each student will make a pie to take home.
Participants are required to wear long sleeves, long trousers, and closed-toe shoes.
Once you have signed up, we will e-mail you details and directions about a week prior to class.
All cooking classes are approximately 2 – 2 ½ hours in length. Space is limited so reserve your spot as soon as possible.

Class cancellation policy: there is a firm one-week cancellation policy for all classes; i.e. no refunds will be issued for no-shows and last minute cancellations. Most of our hands-on classes are limited to 16 students unless otherwise noted. If you are registering three or more people for a class, a two week notice is required for cancellation. You are always welcome to send someone in your place.

Class starts in the Good Food Training prep room, where you meet the chef and your classmates to discuss the menu and how to prepare it. Then you don aprons and, under the chef’s watchful eye and with his help, if needed, you prepare your ingredients. Prep finished, it’s time to move to the kitchen to cook. When you have finished cooking, it’s time to gather around your table for a drink and tasty food cooked by you. Relax with the chef and chat with your classmates.
